Good Skin Care for All Ages

So many people have skin care problems and no matter the age good skin care is a must. Some of these skin problems are eczema, psoriasis, acne, keratosis pilaris, rashes, boils, and many other conditions.  Regardless of the skin issue, the first place to start is to cleanse the colon.  When the colon has not been cleansed, it tends to become toxic.

It’s just common sense that every part of your body needs to be cleaned or cleanse.  The colon is no different from the outside of your body; it must be cleaned on occasion.

When you clean your colon, you are removing toxic material that may have been stagnant there for many years.  This toxic material can be in pockets along the colon walls and just attached to the colon walls in layers. 

This toxic matter can move into the blood stream and into the liver.  There in the liver, it can remain in the blood, if the liver is over worked and filled with toxins.

This is where the skin comes into action.  It will receive this toxic blood and allow the toxins to move out of the skin through pores or hair follicles.  If this toxic matter gets trapped in the follicle, acne and other skin disorders can form. 

So, one of the first things you can do for yourself, if you have skin problems is to do a colon cleanse.  You can start with simple colon cleanse as outline line in this e-book called “7 Day Colon and Blood Cleanse.”  This is not a harsh cleanse, since the cleanse involves using fruits, vegetables, and their juices.  By eating many fruits and juices during this fast, you will also be cleansing your cells, blood and lymph liquid.
