Hosting Your Own Beauty Bar Event

beauty bars are an extremely popular entertainment trend. They usually require bringing beauty treatments to someone’s house or specified location. Then, you and your friends pampers yourselves with those beauty treatments (and other party activities). As soon as the party is over, the salon is packed up. The glasses have been cleaned. You and your friends retire feeling pampered, relaxed and beautiful.

Beauty bars are a lot of fun, and you also get to enjoy a relaxing beauty treatment in the process. They are also a great experience because you get to try new health and beauty treatments that you might not otherwise experiment with. But, these kinds of services come with a high price tag. Moving a spa from one location to another becomes a luxury service. But, you and your friends can have great beauty bar parties at home for a fraction of a cost.

Here are a few easy steps to having your own beauty bar event:

* 1. Get together with several of your friends to plan the party - All of these friends should have a little bit of interest in health and beauty in order for this to work.

* 2. Write down the types of treatments that you want to try - Sometimes the hostess will bring in a professional to do botox or laser hair removal at a professional beauty bar. But in this case, you will be slightly lower key. You can bring in your own homemade treatments or a sample of your favorite beauty bar for everyone to try.

* 3. Divide treatments up into sessions. - You might have a beauty treatment session where everyone gets facials first and a glamour session second where you get to try new types makeup. You and your friends will each bring your favorite beauty treatment to donate to each session.

* 4. You must have the right equipment- You will need facial cleaning towelettes, disposable makeup brushes, mirrors, good lighting and a digital camera. You may also want a cloth, velvet or fur drape to dress up the pictures if you choose to do before and after shots.

Now, all you need is to set a time and a location for your event. You and your friends will have a wonderful time learning about new products and trying new beauty treatments at your own beauty bar.
